You should follow this instructions to disconnect Microsoft OneDrive / Sharepoints from Grupo PRIMAVERA and connect it to Cegid account.

This step is important, while it is not done, it will not be possible to save files on the Desktop / Documents folders.

1 - Locate OneDrive icon on notification area and click on it with right mouse button.

2 - Click on "Unlink this PC" button

3 - Wait until OneDrive Disconnect It might take a while. 

4 - When finished, the following window should appear. Sign in with your Cegid Account.

5 - Click Next

6 - If requested activate Backup for user folders it is recommended that users enable this option. 

7 - Open Any Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook), Disconect Grupo Primavera Account and Sign-in with Cegid Account.

7.3 - Confirm Sign out.

8 - Click on Sign In and Login with your Cegid Credentials.

You can access them with your Grupo Primavera account via Browser. To access them via Desktop Client you need to sync them again and login with Grupo Primavera Account.
